Job Description
**Job Title** Market Manager – Professional Clothing (Chef de marchés F/H) **Role Summary** Responsible for acquiring and managing new business accounts within the professional clothing segment. Oversees the entire contract lifecycle from validation of specifications to final closure, coordinating with suppliers, production, logistics, quality assurance, after‑sales, and finance to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. **Expectations** - Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. - Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention. - Deliver accurate reporting and performance metrics on all client accounts. - Act as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end‑to‑end client relationship: requirement gathering, contract negotiation, and closing. - Coordinate with suppliers to track delivery dates, costs, orders, and production schedules. - Oversee order processing and production launch coordination. - Monitor logistics, product quality, after‑sales service, returns, invoicing, and payment collections. - Conduct regular reporting to senior management on account status and KPIs. - Travel within France as required for client visits and business activities. **Required Skills** - Strong client relationship and stakeholder management. - Cross‑functional project management and coordination. - Negotiation, problem‑solving, and analytical thinking. - Adaptability, logical reasoning, and clear communication. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and performance‑tracking tools. - Industry knowledge of textiles or apparel, ideally with technical experience. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree +5 years (equivalent to Master/Engineer) in Textile, Apparel, Manufacturing, or related field. - Minimum of one year experience in client relationship management and multidisciplinary project management, preferably within the textile industry.
