Social Creative (Solo or Duo)
**Role Summary**
A junior‑to‑midlevel creator responsible for generating, producing, and iterating social‑first content for globally recognized brands. Works within a fast‑paced agency team, translating strategy into compelling, platform‑native ideas that drive engagement and brand relevance.
**Expactations**
- Produce high‑quality, shareable content that performs on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging channels.
- Deliver concepts, scripts, shots, edits, and final assets within tight turn‑arounds.
- Collaborate with strategists, producers, and senior creatives to refine ideas and maintain brand voice.
- Adapt to trend shifts and feedback quickly while sustaining creativity and quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ideate and storyboard social-first concepts that feel native to each platform.
- Script, shoot, edit, animate, or design final assets, including motion graphics and short video formats.
- Test, learn, and iterate on content performance data to optimize future pieces.
- Maintain a consistent, evolving brand voice through everyday content, not only large campaigns.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (strategists, producers, clients) to align creative output with briefs and objectives.
- Stay current with platform updates, cultural trends, creator cultures, and emerging formats.
**Required Skills**
- Strong visual storytelling across video, motion, design, and editing disciplines.
- Proficiency in industry tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Ability to work independently or as a cohesive duo with complementary copy/art or hybrid skill sets.
- Rapid iteration and adaptability under tight deadlines.
- Keen instinct for content that resonates, shares, and generates conversation.
- Excellent communication skills for pitching ideas and collaborating with stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field *or* equivalent professional experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating social‑first work for major brands; portfolio submission is mandatory.
