**Job Title**
Head of OT Cybersecurity
**Role Summary**
Senior leader responsible for designing, launching, and managing a comprehensive OT/ICS cybersecurity service line. Drives market positioning, commercial growth, and technical credibility while shaping the strategic vision for industrial cybersecurity within the organization.
**Expectations**
- 7‑12 years of hands‑on experience in industrial/OT cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to build and scale service offerings and lead cross‑functional teams.
- Strong business development track record and established network in energy, transport, manufacturing, utilities, or defense sectors.
- Excellent command of French; English proficiency preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define, structure, and govern the OT Security portfolio (consulting, audit, compliance, assessments, managed services).
- Develop market positioning, methodologies, and engagement models aligned with ISA/IEC 62443 and related standards.
- Lead commercial activities: prospecting, RFP responses, partnership development, and pipeline growth.
- Oversee initial client engagements, set deliverables, and capture learnings to refine the offering.
- Advise industrial clients on cyber governance, risk management, regulatory compliance (EBIOS, NIS2), and security architecture.
- Supervise OT audits, security assessments, secure architecture design, PASSI missions, penetration tests, and diagnostics.
- Represent the business at industry events, forums, and with partners and regulators.
- Participate in recruitment, team development, and skill‑up programs.
- Serve as the internal and external subject‑matter expert on OT/ICS security.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in ICS/SCADA systems, OT networks, and ISA/IEC 62443 standards.
- Experience conducting OT audits, security assessments, and high‑value projects.
- Strong project and program management capabilities.
- Business development acumen and ability to create and sell service offerings.
- Leadership, team‑building, and stakeholder‑influence skills.
- Excellent communication (technical and executive level) in French; English a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical/Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISA, PASSI, or equivalent industrial cybersecurity credentials.
