Job title: Sales Operations Analyst
Role Summary:
Provide end‑to‑end support for Salesforce and the broader go‑to‑market technology stack, ensuring accurate data, reliable automation, and actionable reporting. Enable Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to execute revenue plans efficiently through system administration, data hygiene, workflow design, and user enablement.

* Passion for modern GTM tools, automation, and AI-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
**Salesforce Administration & Support**
- First‑line support for access, visibility, workflow, reporting, and user onboarding/offboarding.
- Manage profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, fields, page layouts, and picklists.
- Escalate architectural/high‑risk changes.
**Data Quality & Hygiene**
- Monitor, clean, de‑duplicate, and normalize Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Activities.
- Support data imports/exports and enrichment.
**Automation & Process Support**
- Build and maintain simple Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automation under guidance.
- Test QA changes in sandboxes before production deployment.
**Reporting & Sales Insights**
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and resolve inconsistencies.
**GTM Systems Support**
- Maintain workflows and data flow for Outreach, 6sense, Ortto, Proposify, and related Salesforce integrations.
**User Enablement & Training**
- Produce documentation, process guides, and training materials.
- Conduct onboarding and promote CRM best practices.
**Relationship Management**
- Foster transparent, proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration (setup, user management, workflow, flows).
- Strong data management, quality assurance, and duplicate handling.
- Knowledge of Sales engagement (Outreach), intent data (6sense), marketing automation (Ortto), proposal generation (Proposify).
- Ability to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Experience in a sales operations or revenue‑technology role required.
