Expactations: Deliver consistent quota, build robust pipeline via SDR, channel partners, marketing and self‑generation, forecast accurately, and maintain strong internal and partner relationships. Key Responsibilities • Target and convert new logos with 500+ employees in the French market. • Generate and manage a high‑volume pipeline across SDR, channel partners, marketing, and self‑generation channels. • Lead entire sales cycle: qualification, solution presentation, C‑suite engagement, contract negotiation, and close. • Streamline proposal and contract phases; negotiate multi‑year, 5‑7 figure deals. • Collaborate internally to align on Go‑to‑Market strategy, forecast plans, and pipeline visibility. • Build and nurture partner, channel, and alliance relationships to expand reach and over‑achieve quota. • Act as a Talkdesk evangelist, educating prospects and customers on product value. • Upsell new products to existing customer base. Required Skills • Fluent in French (written & spoken). • Proven ability to self‑generate opportunities and close large enterprise contracts. • Experience selling SaaS solutions to large corporate and enterprise accounts. • Strong track record selling to C‑suite, senior management, and director‑level stakeholders. • Exceptional presentation and influencing skills. • Extensive negotiation and contract development experience. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic startup environment.
