**Job Title** Senior Partner Solutions Engineer **Role Summary** Senior technical lead serving as the primary technical point of contact for national partners, VARs, and system integrators in the UK, Benelux, and DACH regions. Drives partner enablement, co‑selling, and solution design for a cloud contact‑center platform, with a focus on CCaaS, CXA, and Agentic AI capabilities. Acts as a conduit between partners and product/engineering teams to ensure mutual success and revenue growth. **Expectations** - Design and execute partner technical enablement programs. - Lead complex pre‑sales engagements and proof‑of‑concepts. - Provide expert guidance on AI, integrations, and ecosystem architecture. - Represent the company at regional partner events and technical forums. - Travel 35‑50 % across assigned territories. - Communicate partner feedback to product management and influence roadmap. **Key Responsibilities** - **Partner Enablement & Practice Development**: Create enablement plans; coach partner solutions architects and sales engineers; support Partner Competency Centers; maintain deep knowledge of regional partner strategies. - **Co‑Selling & Technical Leadership**: Advise partner sales on customer requirements; conduct advanced solution demos; lead technical discussions and POCs; specialize in Agentic AI (prompt engineering, RAG, tool integration, guardrails). - **Ecosystem Integration**: Design integrations with CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), workforce management, knowledge‑base, and UCaaS solutions. - **Strategic Contribution**: Serve as the “voice of the partner” to product and engineering; capture market trends and feature requests; present at partner summits, webinars, and conferences. - **Travel**: 35‑50 % travel within UK, Benelux, and DACH to support partners on‑site. **Required Skills** - 5+ years as a Partner Solutions Engineer, Pre‑Sales Engineer, or equivalent in CCaaS/CXA. - Proven experience with channel‑centric GTM models involving service providers, national partners, and VARs in the UK, Benelux, or DACH markets. - Strong technical leadership in complex sales cycles; ability to act as subject‑matter expert without direct reports. - Deep understanding of contact‑center platforms, AI/ML (Agentic AI), and enterprise integration patterns. - Proficiency with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and related ecosystem vendors (WFM, Knowledge Management, UCaaS). - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to travel extensively (35‑50 %). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant technical certifications preferred (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce, or other cloud/AI certifications).
