Job Description: **Job Title** Full Stack Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain a cloud‑native payment platform. Collaborate with cross‑functional Scrum teams and product stakeholders to implement new features, resolve production incidents, and modernize platform components. Drive best practices in coding, testing, and automated deployments while ensuring high availability and performance. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality code on schedule. - Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives. - Own feature end‑to‑end: from requirement gathering to production deployment. - Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions. - Troubleshoot and resolve level‑3 support incidents with DevOps and operations. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and extend front‑end interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Ember). - Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js. - Deploy and manage application components in AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.). - Identify, document, and remediate technical debt and legacy issues. - Partner with product owners to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. - Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and maintain clear communication across time zones. - Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring for reliability. - Contribute to process improvements for agile delivery and release management. **Required Skills** - 3+ years professional software development. - 1+ year experience with React, Angular, or Ember (React preferred). - 1+ year experience developing with Node.js. - Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and relational/no‑SQL databases. - Familiarity with AWS services, monitoring, and troubleshooting. - Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (experience in lieu considered). - Preferred certification: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practitioner or equivalent. ---
