**Job Title** Business Unit Head – Foodservice **Role Summary** Lead and grow the Foodservice & B2B channel, defining and executing strategy, driving sales growth, and building a high-performance team. **Expactations** - Own end‑to‑end channel performance and deliver on growth targets. - Set vision, strategy, and operational priorities for the Foodservice business unit. - Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and implement the Foodservice channel strategy aligned with corporate objectives. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape product and service offerings. - Drive sales growth through new business development, account expansion, and partnership cultivation. - Monitor key performance indicators (sales, margin, customer satisfaction) and report on progress to senior leadership. - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for the channel. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, product, and finance to deliver integrated solutions. - Champion sustainability and quality initiatives within the Foodservice portfolio. - Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings. **Required Skills** - Proven executive‑level leadership and team management experience. - Strong track record in Foodservice B2B sales and channel development. - Deep understanding of Foodservice customer needs, menu trends, operational challenges, and supply‑chain solutions. - Strategic thinking with a data‑driven decision‑making approach. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a remote, home‑based setting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Food Safety, Sales Management) preferred but not mandatory.
