Job Description
Job title Junior Account Officer – Contract Manager Role Summary Coordinate, renew, and manage outsourced contracts within Soft Facilities (e.g., moving, mail, cleaning, vehicle fleet, recreation, waste & pest control) to ensure service continuity, quality, and budget compliance. Serve as the primary liaison for internal clients and external suppliers, monitoring KPIs, SLA achievement, and risk mitigation while continuously improving contract scope and staying informed on market developments. Expactations - Deliver timely contract renewals and negotiations within defined timelines. - Maintain accurate budget oversight and enforce financial limits. - Enforce SLA compliance and respond promptly to service deviations. - Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks. - Generate and analyze performance reports for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Draft, evaluate, and renew contracts, integrating market, client, and technology changes. - Coordinate and monitor outsourced service activities, ensuring adherence to quality and contractual terms. - Develop and track relevant KPIs; implement corrective actions based on KPI trends. - Act as the main contact for internal stakeholders, cultivating long‑term relationships and establishing SLAs. - Monitor and control budgets and contractual financial envelopes. - Manage risks associated with contract activities and outsourced operations. - Conduct continuous improvement initiatives and keep abreast of market evolution. Required Skills - Strong written and verbal communication (English & Dutch B2). - Contract negotiation and drafting with a focus on terms, SLAs, and KPI integration. - Budget management and financial monitoring of contract costs. - Analytical and critical thinking; capable of data‑driven decision making. - Proficiency in ICT tools and openness to technology innovation. - Autonomous work ethic combined with effective teamwork. - Customer‑orientated mindset with a proactive, solution‑focused approach. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or equivalent professional experience. - (Optional) Knowledge of public procurement markets and experience with FMIS, particularly Planon, is advantageous. *Eligibility: maximum of 2 years post‑graduate experience.*
