Job Description
**Job title** Internal Development Manager **Role Summary** Partner with managers to grow and develop high‑performing, engaged teams. Design and deliver coaching, training, and career development initiatives that align with organizational goals. Strengthen company culture, talent engagement, and HR processes to create a fluid, transparent, and human‑centric workplace. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable improvements in employee engagement (eNPS, other metrics). - Drive cross‑functional HR projects on employee experience, performance culture, and employer branding. - Maintain consistent, constructive communication with managers and talent. - Champion a culture of feedback, recognition, and clarity. **Key Responsibilities** - Support managers with hiring, onboarding, career planning, performance reviews, and transitions. - Identify skill gaps, design training, mentorship, and mobility pathways. - Facilitate career discussions and talent development programs. - Conduct pulse surveys (eNPS, etc.), analyze results, and implement action plans. - Lead initiatives that create teamwork, cohesion, and belonging. - Provide everyday HR support: listen to concerns, offer simple, humane solutions. - Coach managers on HR duties: communication, compensation, leadership style, and team rituals. - Promote a culture of feedback, appreciation, and transparency. - Professionalize managerial practices while preserving approachability. - Manage and improve HR processes: onboarding, performance reviews, feedback loops, and other workflows. - Collaborate on projects like employee experience, performance metrics, employer brand, and effective communication. **Required Skills** - Strong HR, coaching, or people‑management background. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills. - Empathy, curiosity, rigor, and a balance of expectation with support. - Ability to translate needs into actionable programs and initiatives. - Analytical mindset for engagement metrics and process improvement. - Project‑management skills for cross‑functional HR initiatives. - Fluent in French; English proficiency preferred for global HR context. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac or equivalent) plus Master’s or professional certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bac+5). - HR certifications (SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SH, HRCI, CIPD, etc.) are a plus.
