Job Description

**Job Title:** Network, Security, and Telephony Engineer **Role Summary:**Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of network, security, and telephony systems while ensuring alignment with ITIL processes and digital transformation goals. Manage telephony solutions, cybersecurity protocols, and project implementation. **Expectations:** -Proven project management experience. -Expertise in IPBX, VoIP, SIP Trunks, and cloud communication. -Strong understanding of QoS and secure communication standards. -Ability to conduct technical audits, optimize network performance, and troubleshoot complex issues. **Key Responsibilities:** -Design, implement, and maintain secure network and telephony infrastructure. -Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies (encryption, DoS mitigation, fraud prevention). -Lead telephony system projects, including hardware/software integration and remote work solutions. -Implement and maintain business continuity plans (plan de reprise d'activité-informatique). -Ensure compliance with ITIL and quality management methodologies. -Provide advanced technical support (Level 3) and train team members on security protocols. -Direct vendor relationships for equipment procurement, solution prototyping, and project negotiation. -Documennt technical processes and delegate tasks for operational continuity. **Required Skills:** -Project management and stakeholder reporting. -Expertise in network architecture, VoIP protocols, and IPBX systems. -Cybersecurity knowledge (threat detection, encryption, mitigation). -Cloud service integration and QoS optimization. -Cross-functional collaboration and technical training capabilities. -Adaptability to remote work and field deployment requirements. **Required Education & Certifications:** -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. -ITIL certification or equivalent experience in IT service management. -Valid driving license (B category) for on-site visits. -Technical certifications in network security (e.g., CISSP, CCNA) or telephony solutions (e.g., Avaya, Cisco) preferred.
