**Job Title** Family & Couple Advisor (Conseiller·ère conjugal·e et familial·e) – CDAS Les Champs‑Manceaux (Rennes) / CDAS Pays de Brocéliande (Montfort‑sur‑Meu) **Role Summary** Provide professional counseling on relational, affective, sexual, and family matters within the departmental sexual health centres. Deliver individual and group interventions, support contraception and STI/IVG services, develop educational programmes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across two territories (50 % Rennes, 50 % Montfort‑sur‑Meu). **Expectations** - Conduct confidential individual consultations (pre/post‑IVG, contraception, STI/HIV screening). - Offer emergency contraception when authorized by state diploma or refer appropriately. - Facilitate group sessions and workshops on relationships, sexuality, contraception, and violence prevention. - Contribute to the design and implementation of local sexual‑health education programmes. - Ensure compliance with public‑health code (L2112‑2 et seq.) and departmental regulations. - Maintain regular travel between sites; hold a valid driver’s licence (Category B). **Key Responsibilities** - Perform intake, counseling, and follow‑up interviews for individuals and couples. - Provide crisis intervention and protection support for users experiencing violence. - Lead and moderate educational groups for youths, schools, and adults. - Participate in CDAS projects, PMI network, and VIF network activities. - Produce an annual activity report and document interventions. - Liaise with physicians, midwives, technical advisors, psychologists, social workers, and external partners. **Required Skills** - In‑depth knowledge of departmental social action and related legal framework. - Strong expertise in sexual‑health promotion, contraception, STI/HIV prevention, and violence prevention. - Proven counseling and group‑facilitation abilities. - Excellent communication, empathy, and partnership‑building skills. - Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams. - Valid driver’s licence (B) and willingness to travel regularly. **Required Education & Certifications** - Completed qualifying training as a Family & Couple Advisor (certified by the department). - State‑recognised diploma permitting provision of emergency contraception (or equivalent). - For public‑service candidates: current administrative status or registration on the aptitude list; otherwise eligible for contract recruitment.
