**Job title** Voice AI Integration Solutions Engineer **Role Summary** Design, implement and support voice‑AI solutions for clients, transforming operational needs into end‑to‑end solutions—from discovery and integration to production rollout—ensuring high‑quality user experiences and rapid value delivery. **Expectations** Deliver solutions that directly impact client satisfaction and product adoption. Showcase technical expertise and communication skills to guide clients from concept to operational deployment. Provide measurable outcomes, such as increased engagement, efficiency or revenue, and continuously refine the solutions based on real‑world data. **Key Responsibilities** - Participate in pre‑sales discovery calls to understand business challenges and articulate solution value. - Design integration plans and tailor voice‑AI workflows using the Truepath agent engine. - Integrate voice‑AI components with clients’ existing systems (CRM, APIs, etc.) and ensure seamless, real‑time operation. - Conduct functional testing, fine‑tune performance, and deliver secure, scalable deployments. - Identify and propose new use cases, measuring and documenting impact on client KPIs. - Share best practices, lessons learned and customer feedback with Product, Engineering and Sales teams for continuous improvement. - Maintain professional communication with clients, translating technical concepts into clear business language. **Required Skills** - Strong foundation in REST/JSON API integration and scripting in Python or TypeScript. - Familiarity with conversational AI, large language models and agentic workflows. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with pedagogical clarity. - Analytical mindset, solution‑focused and results‑oriented. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, impact‑driven environment. - Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). ---
