**Job title**
Data & AI Project Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the large‑scale modernization of the data architecture, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensure data quality and governance to enable data‑driven use cases across marketing, merchandising, ticketing and sports operations.
**Expectations**
- Deliver complex data and AI projects on time and to agreed quality.
- Establish robust data quality practices and governance.
- Drive adoption of a modern cloud‑based lakehouse architecture.
- Facilitate effective communication between IT, data engineers, business units, and external vendors.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Plan, execute and close major data modernization initiatives (data lakehouse, ELT pipelines, cloud deployment).
2. Define and document data & AI use cases, road‑maps and prioritization.
3. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (IT, data engineering, business users, vendors, software providers).
4. Establish project methodologies, monitor progress, report status and manage risks.
5. Design and implement data quality frameworks: profiling, monitoring, alerting, deduplication, enrichment.
6. Define and enforce data quality rules, lineage, ownership and cataloging practices.
7. Support business owners in adopting data stewardship and documentation best practices.
8. Evaluate and select technology solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture and security standards.
9. Maintain ongoing data quality and governance compliance, including GDPR requirements.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of project management in complex data/AI/IT environments.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Deep knowledge of modern data architectures (lakehouse, ELT, cloud).
- Proficient in SQL; experience with Snowflake preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI; knowledge of Salesforce and Python considered assets.
- Understanding of data governance concepts (catalog, lineage, ownership).
- Awareness of regulatory frameworks (GDPR).
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, proactivity, autonomy.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, or Business School with data/IT specialization.
- Valid certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or data/AI platforms are advantageous.
