Job Description: Job title: IT Network Engineer (Male/Female) Role Summary: Lead and support the design, implementation, and operation of network infrastructure for large-scale technical events. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all networking components throughout event preparation, execution, and post‑event analysis. Expactations - Minimum 5 years of professional network engineering experience. - Able to work remote with a weekly on‑site presence. - Willingness to work weekends, occasional evenings, and travel internationally. - Fluent in English; Spanish or Arabic is a plus. Key Responsibilities - Configure, test, and deploy network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) for event readiness. - Monitor network performance and traffic flows during live events; troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time. - Maintain documentation, operate incident tickets, and provide post‑event reports and recommendations. - Coordinate with customers for remote or on‑site support and ensure seamless integration with client systems. - Execute preventive maintenance, periodic updates, and security policy enforcement. - Analyze performance metrics, produce actionable insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
