Expectations: - 5‑8+ years of professional blockchain/Web3 development experience. - Proven experience with Solidity and EVM chains; non‑EVM knowledge is a plus. - Proficient with Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, or similar toolchains. - Comfortable in an agile, collaborative environment with strong English communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Design, write, audit, and deploy secure smart contracts (ERC‑20, ERC‑721, ERC‑1155, upgradeable patterns). - Optimize contracts for gas, performance, and security; conduct peer reviews and audits. - Integrate Web3 libraries with front‑end applications (React, Next.js) and wallets. - Build backend services and APIs that interact with on‑chain/off‑chain data. - Implement Layer‑2 roll‑ups, bridges, and cross‑chain integrations as needed. - Develop automated tests, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure code quality. - Produce clear technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.
