Job Title: Administrateur Interfaces & Autorisations - SAP F/H
Job Description: **Job Title** SAP S/4HANA Interfaces & Authorizations Administrator **Role Summary** Monitors and troubleshoots SAP S/4HANA integration flows (IDoc, RFC, Web Services, PI/PO, CPI) to ensure data exchange stability. Manages SAP roles, profiles, and compliance with security standards. Supports technical incidents, contributes to system updates, and documents procedures. **Expectations** * 3‑5+ years in SAP integration/middleware roles. * Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC (transition experience preferred). * Fluency in French and professional English. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Interface Monitoring** - Daily surveillance of inter‑application streams. - Diagnose & resolve technical integration errors. - Create and maintain dashboards/alerts. - Coordinate with functional, technical, and external teams to maintain data flow. 2. **Access & Authorization Management** - Administer S/4HANA roles and profiles (creation, maintenance). - Enforce least‑privilege and separation of duties. - Support SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory audits. - Automate access provisioning where possible. 3. **Technical Support & Project Participation** - Handle interface incidents and root‑cause analysis. - Implement system upgrades, new modules, and new flows. - Produce technical documentation and user guides. - Assist during integration testing phases. **Required Skills** * SAP technologies: S/4HANA, Fiori, NetWeaver, Solution Manager. * Integration protocols: IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST. * Monitoring tools: AIF, Splunk, SAP Solution Manager. * SAP authorization concepts (roles, SoD) and basic Eclipse knowledge. * Experience with Adobe LiveCycle for form/document management. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years in a comparable SAP integration/monitoring role. * SAP Certified Application Associate (incl. SAP S/4HANA) or equivalent credentials preferred.
