Job Description
**Job Title** Application Reference Manager – Training Information System (F/H) **Role Summary** Lead the design, implementation, and continuous operation of the organization’s Training Information System. Collaborate with technical and functional teams to evolve the system, ensure high availability, and support users across the organization. **Expectations** - Deliver functional enhancements and system stability within agreed timelines. - Maintain high user satisfaction through timely support and effective training. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Requirement Analysis & Project Management** - Gather and evaluate user needs, benchmark solutions, and define the future state of the Training Information System. - Translate requirements into functional specifications aligned with SI governance. 2. **Implementation & Configuration** - Execute phased deployments, including migration from a shared HR module to a dedicated training solution. - Configure application features and manage data imports/exports. 3. **User Support & Training** - Provide day‑to‑day user support and troubleshoot incidents. - Develop and update user and technical documentation; conduct training sessions. 4. **Release & Quality Assurance** - Plan and execute version roll‑outs, coordinate testing, and validate releases before production. 5. **Governance & Stakeholder Management** - Lead meetings with key users and management, oversee supplier contracts, and perform functional and regulatory monitoring. - Prepare internal DSI documentation and dashboards for executive reporting. 6. **Continuous Improvement** - Conduct audits of current features, recommend third‑party tool integration, and maintain system documentation. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and data‑management skills. - Ability to liaise effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. - Experience managing web interfaces and web‑based applications. - Proficient with SQL and database administration. - Skilled in drafting and updating functional and technical documentation. - Proven ability to guide users through change initiatives. - Excellent communication, pedagogy, and synthesis abilities. - Rigorous, team‑oriented, and responsive mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years professional experience in functional application management. ---
