Job Description: **Job Title** Junior IT Software Support Engineer – Levels 1 & 2 (RQTH) **Role Summary** Provide first‑ and second‑line technical support for aviation software clients. Manage tickets, analyze incidents, deliver client solutions, maintain documentation, and ensure service levels and quality standards. **Expectations** - Deliver timely, accurate support within defined SLAs. - Communicate clearly in professional English. - Actively improve processes and documentation. - Work collaboratively within a cross‑functional team. **Key Responsibilities** - Receive, qualify, and resolve Level 1 and 2 support tickets via the central ticketing system. - Analyze client requests, offer step‑by‑step solutions, and provide educational guidance. - Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary. - Investigate incidents, review logs, trigger alerts, and automate routine tasks to prevent recurrence. - Update and maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles. - Participate in regular team meetings, interviews, and career planning sessions. **Required Skills** - Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities. - Proficiency with ticketing tools (JIRA or equivalent). - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Customer‑centric, pedagogic approach with proactive attitude. - Team‑player mindset, respectful, and supportive of colleagues. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Prior experience (internship, apprenticeship, or entry‑level role) in IT support or software troubleshooting. - RQTH (right to work) status recognized within the organization.
