**Job Title:**
Tech Lead Cloud (Microsoft Azure / AWS / GCP)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design and implementation of cloud architectures for high‑value projects, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance. Provide hands‑on guidance and mentorship to development teams in a CI/CD/DevOps environment, drive best practices, and foster a strong, collaborative tech culture.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience in Microsoft‑centric environments.
- Proven ability to define and enforce cloud architectural standards across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Strong communication, adaptability, creativity, and autonomous work style.
- Active participation in agile ceremonies and technical community activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define target cloud architecture aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure technical coherence (scalability, security, performance, resilience) across projects.
- Guide development teams in implementing Azure, AWS, and GCP services.
- Lead code reviews, design‑pattern decisions, and adoption of DevOps practices.
- Establish automated testing and continuous integration strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and end‑users to shape product vision.
- Conduct weekly technical “hives” for knowledge sharing and tech watch.
**Required Skills:**
- Cloud platforms: Azure (AKS, Container Apps, Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Data Factory, Cosmos DB, etc.), AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.), GCP (Cloud Run, App Engine, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, etc.).
- Backend: C#, .NET Core / .NET.
- Frontend: Blazor, Angular, React, Vue.
- Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL (MongoDB, Cosmos DB), Graph.
- CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, TDD, BDD, DDD.
- Security: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, ADFS.
- Testing: NUnit, xUnit.
- Strong verbal and written communication; team mentorship and facilitation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred: Cloud certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect, or comparable credentials.
