Job Title: Account Manager, Paid Search, Biddable Role Summary: Lead and optimize paid search and biddable media campaigns for clients, driving growth and ROI across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms. Expections: - Deliver measurable performance results and exceed client expectations. - Build and maintain trusted client relationships. - Mentor and develop a high‑performing account management team. Key Responsibilities: - Own day‑to‑day management and long‑term strategy of paid search and biddable media accounts. - Develop and present innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals. - Conduct client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and performance reporting. - Manage budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning for media spend. - Oversee bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign structure to maximize ROI. - Identify insights, solve challenges, and implement proactive optimizations. - Support new business pitches, case‑study creation, and thought‑leadership initiatives. - Represent the firm at industry events and share best practices internally. Required Skills: - 3+ years in paid search and biddable media account management. - Strong analytical skills and experience handling large data sets. - Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, data visualization, and presentation tools. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, tracking, and attribution. - Ability to integrate biddable channels into broader digital strategies. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). - Google Ads Certification and/or Microsoft Advertising Certification highly desirable.
