Job title: SailPoint Consultant, Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Role Summary: Senior consultant delivering SailPoint Identity & Access Management implementations, translating business requirements into technical designs, and ensuring high‑quality, compliant solutions that meet customer expectations.
Expactations: • 2+ years hands‑on SailPoint ISC/IDN experience (implementation, installation, configuration).
• Proven work with JML certification, provisioning, lifecycle workflow development, automated application onboarding, reports/dashboards, RBAC, and access reviews.
• Proficiency with Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL databases and scripting in Java, BeanShell, PowerShell.
• Experience using XML, SPML, SOAP/REST services, web/application servers, and installing on UNIX/Linux platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client‑facing stakeholder management.
• SailPoint ISC Engineer Certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Engagement Lead and Project Manager to deliver IAM projects on time and within scope.
• Gather business and technical requirements; contribute to functional and technical design.
• Ensure solutions meet design specifications and performance criteria.
• Produce implementation/configuration documents, test plans, runbooks, and support pre‑sales proposals and PoCs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; build and maintain technical relationships.
• Share best practices and contribute to the IAM Center of Excellence.
Required Skills: • SailPoint ISC/IDN implementation, installation, and configuration.
• JML certification, provisioning, and lifecycle workflow development.
• Application onboarding with automated provisioning.
• Reporting, dashboards, RBAC, and access review configuration.
• Database skills (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Java/BeanShell and PowerShell scripting.

Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). • SailPoint ISC Engineer Certification preferred.
