**Job Title:** Cyber and Infrastructure Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Six‑month contract to lead and deliver multiple IT infrastructure and security projects for a regulated, global client. The role involves managing project lifecycle from requirements to cutover, coordinating cross‑regional teams, and maintaining governance tools (RAID log, project plans, resource tracking). Occasional ERP (SAP) support may be required.
**Expectations:**
- Mid‑level Project Manager with proven delivery experience in regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, finance, or similar).
- Ability to independently guide teams through structured delivery frameworks, without deep technical involvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across time zones; lead by influence in a matrix setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage 3‑5 concurrent projects covering network upgrades, platform rollouts, IAM, compliance, and occasional ERP initiatives.
- Collaborate with SMEs, business leads, and tech teams to ensure alignment and timely deliverables.
- Own RAID logs, project plans, timelines, and resource tracking; ensure accurate, timely updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks, drive blocker resolution, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Provide regular status reporting and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- Project Management: full‑lifecycle delivery, risk management, stakeholder communication, schedule & budget oversight.
- Experience with IT infrastructure and security projects (networking, IAM, compliance controls).
- Familiarity with regulated, global delivery environments and cross‑cultural team dynamics.
- Proficient with project tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving, and decision‑making under pressure.
- Ability to lead without formal authority in matrix organisations.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- ITIL Fundamentals or equivalent, and/or security certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) are advantageous.
