**Job Title**
Business Developer (All Genders)
**Role Summary**
Drive the growth of a cloud services provider by selling IT solutions (private cloud, disaster recovery, backup, secure hosting, managed services) and networking offerings (high‑speed internet, WAN, VPN‑MPLS) to large SMEs, mid‑market companies, public institutions, and corporate groups. Collaborate cross‑functionally with pre‑sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to secure new business and deliver post‑sale value.
**Expectations**
- Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets in a competitive tech market.
- Expand the customer portfolio and deepen relationships with existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate and timely activity reporting in Salesforce CRM.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Prospect and qualify new B2B opportunities across defined verticals.
2. Conduct needs‑analysis to match solutions with prospect requirements.
3. Lead cross‑functional sales playbooks (pre‑sales, technical, marketing) and coordinate execution.
4. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and hand over to operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Provide post‑sale support, upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, and maintain account health.
6. Track metrics, forecast pipeline, and update Salesforce with activities, notes, and revenue data.
**Required Skills**
- Proven B2B sales engineering experience (≥3 years) in technology, preferably hosting/cloud services.
- Strong prospecting, qualification, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, analytical, autonomous, and results‑driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCE) or sales methodologies are advantageous but not mandatory.
