Job Title: Delivery Manager
Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cloud‑native SaaS telecom solutions, translating business objectives into actionable technical plans and coordinating cross‑functional teams to launch products on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Expectations: Own multiple complex projects, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks proactively, and drive data‑driven decision making to achieve defined success metrics. Must operate independently, prioritize competing demands, and maintain strong communication across engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project lifecycle from concept through launch, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Translate customer business needs and market insights into clear, actionable project requirements aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and external customer technical teams on high‑level and low‑level design, ensuring adherence to telecom BSS standards and TM Forum frameworks.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and roadblocks; maintain project timelines and quality.
- Prioritize and balance multiple tracks simultaneously, focusing on detail and excellence.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to guide product decisions and optimize user experience.
- Define core metrics, track KPIs, and report progress to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 5+ years in product management, solution architecture, or software development.
- Proven success delivering complex software projects.
- Deep understanding of telecom BSS products; knowledge of TM Forum standards/frameworks preferred.
- Experience in fast‑paced, agile environments with continuous improvement focus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
- Passion for technology and making a positive impact.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Agile or product management certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, Product Owner) are advantageous.
