Job Description
**Job Title** Partnership Solutions Manager (12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract) **Role Summary** Spearhead the creation and execution of high‑value partnership proposals and renewals for a global sports club. Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Central teams to develop compelling narratives, presentation materials, and rights packages that attract and retain brand partners. **Expectations** - Deliver data‑driven partnership narratives and proposals that win multi‑million‑pound deals and renewals. - Maintain rigorous project timelines and stakeholder engagement to meet brief deadlines. - Translate partner objectives into structured Heads‑of‑Terms and rights assets aligned with the club’s overarching partnership proposition. - Keep agency‑grade standards in communication, creative thinking, and market awareness. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead proposition development for new multi‑million‑pound deals and partner renewals. 2. Craft tailored narratives, sales decks, and supporting documentation for individual partner conversations. 3. Coordinate cross‑department input to produce creative, data‑supported proposals. 4. Draft and negotiate Heads‑of‑Terms aligned with partner objectives. 5. Support the Director in shaping the club’s partnership proposition and developing new rights/assets. 6. Produce best‑in‑class narrative templates addressing common sales and renewal questions. 7. Monitor competitor positioning within sports and entertainment to inform strategy. 8. Identify sponsorship and marketing trends and advise on adaptation of the partnership offering. 9. Build and nurture relationships with partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in sports marketing, brand marketing, or agency partnership development. - Strong narrative writing and presentation skills across multiple media. - Deep understanding of social media, digital marketing, and owned/third‑party platforms. - Ability to synthesize data into compelling, clear business cases. - Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across diverse teams. - Strong negotiation and project management capabilities. - Strategic thinking with awareness of global sponsorship trends. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Professional certifications in marketing, partnership management, or sports business (e.g., CPCSA, CPP, or equivalent) are a plus.
