Job title Data Engineer Intern (3–6 month) Role Summary Internship focused on building and optimizing AI-driven tools that leverage large language models (LLMs). Work primarily in Python to develop prototypes that perform intelligent text processing, image recognition assistance, competitive analysis generation, marketing content creation, and real‑time meeting transcription. Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) with custom pipelines, API calls, and generative techniques such as Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent frameworks to deliver actionable insights for product and GTM teams. Expectations - Start immediately and stay for 3–6 months. - Work on self‑directed AI module development, from concept to deployment. - Produce deliverables that can be reviewed and iterated quickly. - Demonstrate rapid learning of new AI tools and best practices. Key Responsibilities - Design and prototype AI gadgets in Python, integrating NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow or PyTorch for data manipulation and model inference. - Build interfaces to LLM services, handling prompt design, API integration, and response post‑processing. - Implement RAG mechanisms and agent‑based workflows to enhance decision‑making modules. - Generate automated reports (competitive analysis, marketing copy, social media text) and weekly trend summaries using generative AI. - Use conference‑AI assistants (e.g., Otter‑ai, Teams) to transcribe, summarize, and synchronize action items in real time. - Optimize algorithmic and infrastructure performance to improve tool efficiency and accuracy. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine requirements and validate outputs. Required Skills - Proficient in Python; strong grasp of libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. - Familiarity with Java or C is a plus. - Deep understanding of LLMs (GPT series, Claude, Gemini), their APIs, and deployment patterns. - Experience with RAG, agent technologies, and generative AI workflows. - Ability to develop data‑centric prototypes and iterate quickly. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in AI development. - Fast learning aptitude and continuous technology scouting. - Fluency in Chinese (mandated); English proficiency is a bonus. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. - No additional certifications required.
