Infrastructure Manager

Job Description

**Job title:** Infrastructure Manager **Role Summary:** Lead and manage a six‑person infrastructure team to optimize on‑premises and cloud environments for a high‑profile organization. Design and execute strategy, drive legacy system migrations, oversee network security, desktops, servers, and ERP systems, and coordinate with stakeholders and third‑party suppliers. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end infrastructure transformation initiatives. - Maintain performance, security, and compliance standards across hybrid environments. - Manage vendor relationships and procurement. - Provide regular updates to senior leadership and business units. - Operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting with minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement infrastructure strategy and governance frameworks. - Oversee daily operations of Windows servers, desktop environments, and network security. - Lead data migrations and cloud adoption projects (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Manage the ERP integration and related infrastructure components. - Supervise and mentor a team of infrastructure technicians. - Coordinate with business stakeholders to assess requirements and align solutions. - Negotiate and manage contracts with third‑party suppliers. - Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards. - Report on project status, risk, and performance metrics to executives. **Required Skills:** - Proven leadership and team management experience. - Deep knowledge of Windows Server administration, desktop management, and network security. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid deployment models. - Strong background in data migration, ERP integration, and infrastructure governance. - Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor management abilities. - Ability to work independently in an unstructured, high‑pressure environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent) preferred.
