Work closely with tech leads and full‑stack engineers to turn AI capabilities into scalable, cost‑efficient services and contribute to the pod’s technical roadmap. **Expectations** - Deliver production‑grade GenAI components within defined timelines. - Demonstrate strong ownership of end‑to‑end AI pipelines, from model integration to deployment and monitoring. - Collaborate actively in architectural discussions, providing insights on scalability, latency, and cost efficiency. **Key responsibilities** 1. Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems using LLMs and modern AI frameworks. 2. Integrate GenAI models into full‑stack applications and internal workflows. 3. Execute prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, and evaluate generative outputs. 4. Build reusable services for multi‑agent orchestration and task automation. 5. Optimize inference pipelines for scalability, latency, and cost. 6. Participate in pod architectural discussions and contribute to the technical roadmap. **Required skills** - 7+ years of software engineering experience, with ≥2 years in AI/ML or GenAI production systems. - Proficient Python for AI/ML model integration. - Deep experience with LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex. - Hands‑on with agentic frameworks: Langgraph, AutoGen, CrewAI. - Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and production‑grade GenAI deployment practices. - Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GKE) is a plus. - Experience developing AI APIs, embeddings, vector search, and their application integration. - Experience fine‑tuning open‑source models (LLaMA, Mistral) or using OpenAI APIs. - Exposure to multi‑modal AI (text, image, voice) and Low‑Code/No‑Code workflow tools is advantageous. **Required education & certifications** - Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. - Certifications in cloud AI services or relevant AI/ML platforms are a plus.
