As our new Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will serve as Level 3 support for issue escalation, working within our Cloud Platform Management team alongside other SREs, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Solutions Architects to drive excellent customer results. Your expertise will help maintain system observability through effective management, monitoring, and maintenance of systems and alerts to ensure optimal performance, security, availability, and cost efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:
Managing, Monitoring, and Maintaining systems to ensure optimal security, performance, availability, and cost
Planning, testing, and deploying system patches (check for compatibility issues, conducts QA, and tests deployments) in accordance with defined standards
Documenting complex procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to systems/networks software and hardware.
Ensure systems are equipped with comprehensive backups and disaster recovery plans that align with customer requirements

Your Competencies:
3+ Years experience in Windows server administration
3+ Years experience with Azure cloud services
Experience with DevOps tools and automating build and deployment pipelines
Development or scripting experience
Microsoft Azure AZ-104 or 204 Certifications are highly regarded

You will have the opportunity to collaborate not only with the biggest software and cloud vendors but also with a Global Award-Winning Data & AI delivery team at our Centre of Excellence. You will be responsible for the presales activities for Cloud with focus on AWS and Data & AI services in France. You will also collaborate with Alliances, Marketing, and Generalists Sales to drive services businesses within the Cloud and Data & AI.

Other responsibilities will include:
Build an effective presales strategy to drive and support the acquisition of cloud projects in France

Your Competencies:
Solid experience on managing end-to-end presales activities, from building relations to close deals, selling business solutions to ISVs and/or enterprise customers
Technical experience within the Cloud Services
Experienced with one or more major Cloud vendors (AWS and Azure are highly regarded)
Proven record of developing and executing winning presales strategies
