**Job Title** E‑commerce Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Lead the development and growth of an online gift‑personalisation brand’s presence in France and other French‑speaking markets. Manage large advertising budgets, optimize web traffic, and drive revenue growth while supervising a small marketing team. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable growth, targeting a 2‑times increase in online sales within three years. - Operate within an annual advertising budget of €3 million+ and manage multi‑channel campaigns. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Analyse sales data, market trends, and user behaviour to generate actionable recommendations for revenue growth. 2. Plan, execute, and optimise acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, and other digital platforms. 3. Manage and continually improve e‑commerce sites for France and international markets (Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain). 4. Job Title: Supply Chain & Logistics Engineer Intern Role Summary: Support daily B2B and subcontracting logistics, manage inventory and order flow, coordinate production scheduling, and lead process improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Demonstrated practical experience in a similar role or engineering internship; able to deliver accurate, timely work in a fast‑paced setting. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and verify B2B and subcontractor orders, decrement stock levels, and prioritize shop‑floor production tasks. - Maintain real‑time production plans for the B2B line and coordinate with the workshop schedule. - Track and confirm shipment status, ensuring on‑time delivery to clients. - Develop and update production dashboards and visual KPIs for the team. - Lead improvement initiatives: streamline B2B and subcontracting flows, reduce scrap rates, propose new workshop layouts, and report on key metrics. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, operations, and manufacturing teams to align priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
