Job Description
Job Title: HR & Administrative Project Officer (Intern) Role Summary Support the Human Resources and Operations teams in managing the staff housing project across 45 clubs. Collaborate with the HR Director, Internal Auditor, and Operations Director to conduct inventory, maintain dashboards, and ensure administrative compliance. Expectations - 4–6 month internship, starting ASAP. - Work under the supervision of the HR Director and Internal Auditor, aligning with Operations leadership. - Provide timely, accurate administrative support and reporting, contributing to audit readiness and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct site surveys and register employee housing details for all 45 clubs. 2. Communicate regularly with club directors to coordinate information exchange. 3. Build, maintain, and update HR and Operations dashboards, reporting progress and key metrics. 4. Process administrative requests related to housing management (maintenance, contractual documents). 5. Support audit and operations teams with data collection and quality checks. 6. Travel to clubs as needed to gather information and verify records. Required Skills - Strong organisational and analytical mindset with precision in task management. - Initiative and self‑direction, able to operate independently within a team environment. - Basic audit and quality‑control awareness. - Excellent interpersonal and professional communication. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis). - Willingness to travel to club sites. Required Education & Certifications - Currently enrolled in a university program at the Bac+2 to Bac+5 level in administration, management, or human resources (e.g., BTS GPME, BUT GEA, Licence). - No specific certifications required; relevant coursework in HR, management or auditing is advantageous.
