Job Description

**Job Title** Intern – Digital Production Platform Deployment Engineer (MES / Tulip) **Role Summary** Provide technical contributions to the development of Tulip MES tools, focusing on artificial intelligence, automation, application testing, and operator‑centered solutions. Work on beta‑testing of the Tulip AI module, integrating AI agents into industrial operations, and delivering robust, field‑ready deployments. **Expectations** - Bachelor’s or Master’s level student in engineering or computer science (MSc/Advanced BSc). - Passion for software development, AI, automation, or MES systems. - Curiosity, self‑initiative, and adaptability to an industrial environment. - Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and seek guidance when needed. - Deliver tangible, high‑impact features while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for automated data correction, anomaly detection, logistics optimization (picking/racking), and intelligent scheduling. - Build associated workflows and automate decision‑making processes. - Validate and ensure reliability of AI agents in real‑world deployments. - Enhance impact by proposing iterative improvements. - Create a SCADA simulator using Node‑RED and automate regression and data‑generation tests. - Develop integrated Tulip modules (operator help center, incident/alert reporting). - Continuously refine MES applications used in production environments. **Required Skills** - Programming (Python, JavaScript, or comparable languages). - Fundamentals of artificial intelligence/machine learning (model integration, inference). - Experience with automation tools and workflow orchestration. - Exposure to MES/MoM concepts and industrial automation. - Familiarity with Node‑RED, SCADA, or similar simulation platforms. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Clear communication and teamwork skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in an engineering or computer‑science program (equivalent to MSc/Advanced BSc). - No specific certifications required. ---
