Job Description
Job Title: Sales Intern – M/F Role Summary: Assist the sales team at a luxury hotel in executing daily sales functions, managing client interactions, and supporting the Sales Director. Contribute to the hotel’s revenue objectives through coordination, scheduling, and data management in a high‑end hospitality environment. Expectations: - Prior experience or education in hospitality or business. - Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation. - Fluency in French (native) and advanced English; a third language is a plus. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to dynamic schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Support sales team on target markets and prospecting activities. - Prepare and coordinate commercial calls, travel itineraries, and client site visits. - Maintain calendars for meetings and site tours. - Liaise with operational departments (Front‑Office, F&B), suppliers, and internal services (HR, Finance, Procurement, Technical, IT). - Coordinate with the London sales office. - Make outbound sales calls and submit call reports. - Manage logistics for sales trips and client site visits. - Assist the Sales Director with database management in Delphi. - Participate in on‑site and off‑site sales events as required. - Provide administrative support to the Sales Director. Required Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English. - Strong organizational and coordination abilities. - Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with sales database systems (e.g., Delphi) is advantageous. - Team‑player mindset with a proactive attitude. - Attention to detail and professionalism in luxury service settings. Required Education & Certifications: - Current student in hospitality, tourism, or business studies, or recent graduate. - Demonstrated experience or internship in luxury hotel sales or related hospitality roles.
