**Job Title:** eCommerce Manager
**Role Summary:**
Owns and drives the entire e‑commerce platform as the primary growth engine, overseeing site performance, user experience, data analytics, and international strategy. Leads a small team, coordinates cross‑functional initiatives, and implements a continuous optimization culture to deliver measurable commercial results.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 7 years of e‑commerce/digital experience, preferably within an international, high‑growth environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex, end‑to‑end projects, with a results‑oriented, autonomous mindset.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and structured project delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Ownership & Governance** – Set the digital roadmap, ensure site reliability, coordinate tech and content delivery, and establish clear governance across internal and external teams.
- **Team Leadership** – Manage and develop a 2‑person team focused on product catalog, campaign pages, content quality, and roadmap execution.
- **Content & Experience Management** – Plan and launch product, campaign, and landing pages; maintain content quality, consistency, and UX excellence; optimize the purchase journey and checkout conversion.
- **Internationalization & Architecture** – Streamline site architecture for a multi‑entity model; adapt content and user experience for each market (languages, offers, local promotions) and prioritize localization tasks.
- **Performance & Automation** – Foster a culture of continuous improvement through A/B testing and KPI monitoring (conversion, average basket, abandonment). Integrate site, data, and CRM to automate relational and transactional scenarios; analyze outcomes to prioritize next actions.
- **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Work closely with tech, marketing, product, and operations teams, challenging requests, aligning stakeholders, and driving projects in a multicultural context.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced understanding of e‑commerce platforms, CMS, and CRM integration.
- Proficiency in customer journey mapping, UX design principles, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with KPI‑driven performance focus.
- Project management and stakeholder coordination in cross‑functional, international teams.
- Visionary approach to scalable site architecture and multi‑market adaptability.
- Leadership: clear communication, team motivation, and execution pacing.
- Professional level English proficiency.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Shopify/BigCommerce, or equivalent e‑commerce, data, and UX credentials are advantageous.
