**Job Title**
HR Information Systems Manager (H/F)
**Role Summary**
Acts as the primary liaison between the Human Resources (HR) department and the Information Systems (IS) function, ensuring that HR processes are supported, automated, and compliant through the configuration and maintenance of the HR Information System (HRIS).
**Expactations**
- Deliver reliable, secure HRIS services that align with current regulations and HR business needs.
- Sustain high system availability and performance through proactive patching and incident resolution.
- Foster clear communication between HR and IT teams, translating HR requirements into actionable system specifications.
- Promote data integrity, privacy compliance (GDPR), and continuous improvement of HRIS-related processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure, update, and maintain the HRIS (patch management, workflows, user accounts, and permissions).
- Coordinate functional administration: account creation, rights management, workflow configuration, and interface monitoring.
- Manage incident tickets with vendors, perform corrective maintenance, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Provide daily technical assistance to HR users (troubleshooting, parameter adjustments, requirement studies).
- Produce and maintain procedural documentation (user guides, SOPs).
- Deploy and update dashboards for HR decision‑making (KPIs, trend analysis).
- Automate data extractions and reporting (SQL queries, scheduled queries).
- Ensure data quality checks and consistency across HR modules.
- Oversee GDPR compliance and personal data protection within the HRIS.
- Support the development of HR reports (RSU, turnover, gap analysis).
- Formalize HR processes with HRIS, including interface maintenance and contract update models.
- Act as the HR reference for time‑and‑attendance tools and related software.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant HRIS certifications preferred (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM).
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent IT service management certification is an asset.
