**Job Title**
IT Project Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end IT transformation projects within a finance‑strategy and performance SI department, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. Oversee planning, design, execution, deployment, and post‑deployment maintenance, while providing level‑2/3 technical support for complex incidents.
**Expectations**
- 7 + years of proven experience managing IT projects, preferably in infrastructure, networking, security, AI, or emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a results‑oriented, collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and use innovative project methodologies.
- Demonstrated capacity to deliver projects on time, within budget, and per defined quality metrics.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Govern project lifecycle: scoping, requirement gathering, architecture definition, planning, execution, delivery, and post‑deployment monitoring.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure their compliance during development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on architecture choices and technology direction.
- Coordinate development, testing, and operations teams to meet schedules and cost targets.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators; produce regular status reports.
- Facilitate communication channels between business stakeholders and technical teams, and maintain a network of functional business correspondents.
- Conduct level‑2/3 support for complex incidents, leveraging deep technical knowledge.
- Promote continuous improvement in project processes and documentation.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana or equivalent.
- Experience with planning, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Data modelling and familiarity with relational DBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Team‑oriented, adaptable, and capable of driving projects in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of social‑housing sector (asset‑specific) is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (Bac +4) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical field.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT project management.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile (Scrum Master), or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Continuous learning attitude in new technologies and project methodologies.
