Job Title: Program Manager
Role Summary: Senior technical program manager responsible for defining, planning, and executing large‑scale software development programs focused on AI/ML, cloud, SaaS, and platform solutions.
Expectations: Lead high‑complexity, high‑impact tech initiatives, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and budget, while optimizing stakeholder value and resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define program vision, roadmap, and success metrics in collaboration with product, engineering, and business leaders.
- Manage cross‑functional program teams, coordinating tasks, milestones, and deliverables across multiple development cycles.
- Oversee program governance, including risk, issue, and change management, and ensure alignment with organization strategy.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress and report status to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication among technical teams, program staff, and external partners.
- Conduct regular program reviews, retrospectives, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 8–10+ years of technical program management experience.
- Hands‑on experience leading software development programs in AI/ML, cloud, SaaS, or platform domains.
- Proven track record delivering complex, high‑impact technology initiatives.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
- Analytical mindset with ability to mitigate risks and resolve technical conflicts.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent.
