Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager
Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end product ownership of strategic connector solutions (Marketplace, Dropship, One‑Creditor) that integrate Mirakl’s platform with leading e‑commerce systems. Partner with engineering squads to translate developer and marketplace operator requirements into technical specifications, roadmap, backlog, and go‑to‑market plans, ensuring seamless integration and high business value.
Expectations:
- Deliver timely, high‑quality connectors that meet technical and business standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of integration processes, usability, and performance.
- Foster strong relationships with developer, integrator, and marketplace stakeholders to capture insights and align product direction.
- Own product metrics and iterate based on data‑driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prioritize needs of developers, integrators, and marketplace operators.
- Research marketplace and e‑commerce trends; conceptualize and prototype advanced, transparent integrations.
- Build and maintain the connector roadmap; own backlog creation, grooming, and prioritization.
- Author epics, user stories, API specifications, data mapping, configuration themes, monitoring plans, and admin tooling artifacts.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to run technical workshops, gather requirements, and provide integration support.
- Coordinate go‑to‑market activities: produce product documentation, design and deliver training, and manage internal and external communications.
- Cross‑team collaboration with architecture, security, infrastructure, design, data, and support to maintain a 360° product vision.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators for integration performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Product management with a deep technical mindset (APIs, micro‑services, data flow).
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce and marketplace architecture (catalog, checkout, orders, shipping).
- Agile product development experience (squads, backlog, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Proficiency in prioritization frameworks, data analysis, and metrics tracking.
- Experience in GTM strategy, documentation authoring, and training delivery.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in e‑commerce, marketplace, or highly technical SaaS environments.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Product Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
