Job Description
**Job Title** Low‑Voltage Systems Engineer – Rail & Transport **Role Summary** Provide technical expertise in design, tendering, and delivery of low‑voltage (CFA) solutions for urban transport and rail projects. Works closely with project leads to deliver client‑defined technical specifications and support procurement, manufacturing, and field implementation activities. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, client‑centric low‑voltage solutions within project timelines and budgets. - Maintain a deep technical knowledge of rail‑specific low‑voltage systems and emerging technologies. - Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in English. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Tender Support** - Review and analyse call‑for‑tender documents (CFA and telecom). - Identify and brief suppliers or subcontractors; prepare specifications and technical dossiers. - Evaluate supplier offers, prepare cost estimates, and produce technical ratings. 2. **Design & Specification** - Author CFA technical reports, system architecture diagrams, and deliverable lists. - Draft project definition documents (specifications, interface control documents). 3. **Project Execution** - Serve as technical advisor to project leads or lot managers on CFA matters. - Propose proven or innovative solutions while managing associated risks. - Prepare technical documentation for supplier evaluation, manufacturing, and site installation. 4. **Team & Study Management** - Lead and mentor study technicians or external study resources. - Oversee study schedules, deliverable tracking, and quality control. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in low‑voltage (CFA) systems for rail/urban transport. - Deep knowledge of: - IP video surveillance, telephony/VOIP, TETRA, 5G radio, RMS industrial transmission networks. - Transmission media: fiber, copper, Wi‑Fi. - IP audio security/comfort, IP access control / anti‑intrusion. - Cybersecurity concepts relevant to railway infrastructure. - Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and estimation skills. - Effective written and oral communication in English (minimum B2). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s +5 (equivalent) engineering degree in electrical, telecommunications, or related technical discipline. - Minimum 8 years of professional experience in low‑voltage systems. - Proven record of delivering complex rail or transport projects.

**Job Title** Railway Catenary Systems Buyer **Role Summary** Manage strategic and project‑based procurement for catenary agencies, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to corporate procurement policy.
