Salesforce Admin / Developer
**Role Summary**
Hybrid Salesforce administrator/developer with 5–6 years of experience. Focus on configuring and customizing Health Cloud and Non‑Profit Success Pack (NPSP) solutions, performing light Apex and LWC development, and collaborating with business stakeholders to implement and enhance Salesforce environments.
**Expectations**
- Deliver end‑to‑end configurations, devs, and maintenance for Health Cloud/NPSP.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity across user profiles, permission sets, and data sharing rules.
- Work independently in a remote, cross‑functional setting, providing timely solutions and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and maintain Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, and Page Layouts.
- Build and deploy Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce where required.
- Manage user access, security settings, permission sets, and data sharing.
- Execute data imports, exports, cleansing, and quality checks.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and deliver fixes.
- Gather business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and document configurations.
- Support integrations with third‑party applications and Salesforce APIs.
- Advise on best practices, governance, and data compliance (HIPAA awareness a plus).
**Required Skills**
- 5–6 years Salesforce Admin/Developer experience.
- Deep knowledge of Health Cloud and/or Non‑Profit Cloud (NPSP).
- Proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, Automation, Security Model, Reports & Dashboards.
- Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong communication, self‑management, and remote collaboration skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder or Health Cloud certification (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (optional but preferred).
