Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (OmniStudio)
Role Summary: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio (Vlocity) tools, with a focus on customizing Salesforce via FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Requires expertise in Salesforce best practices, integration frameworks, and Lightning Components.
Expectations: Minimum 9 years as a Salesforce Developer, 3+ years of hands-on experience with OmniStudio/Vlocity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio/Vlocity tools.
- Build/configure OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures to meet business requirements.
- Implement Lightning Components (LWC, Aura) and Apex classes/triggers.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain code quality through best practices, version control, peer reviews, documentation.
- Participate in deployment via CI/CD tools and post-deployment validation.
- Troubleshoot application issues to ensure performance and stability.
Required Skills:
- 9+ years Salesforce Developer experience
- 3+ years OmniStudio/Vlocity (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, LWC, Apex triggers
- Salesforce data model, security model, integration architecture
- REST/SOAP integrations, Salesforce DX
- CI/CD pipeline and version control (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
- Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer I/II)
Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. Combination of education and experience considered. Preferred certifications include Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer I/II.
