Job Description
Job title: Power Platform Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Platform solutions to automate processes, integrate data, and deliver insights. Provide expert guidance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives. Expectations: - Deliver high-quality solutions on a 6‑month contract, with potential extensions. - Work both independently and within a cross‑functional Agile team. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform features, applying best practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Configure, customize, and implement Dynamics CRM 365 environments. 2. Build custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to streamline workflows and enhance data insights. 3. Conduct data migrations and system integrations to ensure seamless information flow. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Dynamics CRM and Power Platform components. 5. Gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and recommend optimal solutions to business stakeholders. 6. Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to technical and non‑technical parties. 7. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, delivering increments on time. Required Skills: - Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Platform solutions. - Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, configuration, and customization. - Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and PowerShell. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on practical, efficient solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders. - Experience working in Agile environments and ability to manage tasks independently. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred: - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate (or equivalent).
