Job Description
Job Title: PMO Internship Role Summary: Support the Project Management Office by enhancing project management methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and ensure compliance across development initiatives. Expectations: Six‑month paid internship, 35 hours/week, with on‑site training in BPF and an introduction to planning software. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate and maintain project management procedures for development projects. - Analyze, refine, and enforce governance frameworks. - Create and update project communication materials. - Optimize activity and project schedules; develop and maintain planning templates. - Assist project leads in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators. - Ensure consistent use of PM methods and tools to uphold effectiveness and regulatory compliance. - Acquire proficiency in the organization’s planning tool as required. Required Skills: - Understanding of project management fundamentals. - Experience with planning tools such as MS Project, Sciforma, or Planisware. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel: pivot tables, formulas; PowerPoint; ThinkCell). - Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities, with a capacity for cross‑functional teamwork. Required Education & Certifications: - Current Master’s (Bac + 5) or Bachelor-level studies in a scientific discipline with a focus on project management. - Prior internship or apprenticeship in project planning within an industrial, preferably pharmaceutical development, environment is advantageous.
