Job Description: **Job Title:** Marketing Automation Intern (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) **Role Summary:** Technical marketing intern focused on managing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) ecosystem for customer engagement and retention. **Expectations:** Apply data-driven strategies to enhance CRM systems through automation, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing. Prioritize hands-on technical marketing expertise over data analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and maintain audience segments, SQL queries, and data extensions in SFMC - Build, configure, and optimize customer journey automations and triggered campaigns - Support API integrations, technical setups, and cross-platform data flow management - Develop CRM data architecture solutions and segmentation logic - Generate reports on campaign performance and CLM KPIs **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) - Strong SQL knowledge; familiarity with AMPscript, Python, or similar languages - Understanding of CRM workflows, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing - Experience with API integrations and marketing tech environments - Analytical problem-solving; ability to collaborate across Marketing, Tech, and Data teams **Required Education & Certifications:** Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing Automation, Data/Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
