**Job Title**
Systems & Networks Engineer (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and enhancement of LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi networks, Linux servers, cloud environments, and system architecture. Lead infrastructure projects, produce technical documentation, and drive automation initiatives to increase reliability and performance.
**Expectations**
- Ensure uninterrupted operation and high performance of network, server, and cloud infrastructure.
- Provide Level 2/3 expertise for incident resolution, change implementation, and request fulfillment.
- Lead small‑to‑medium projects, drafting technical dossiers and participating in new product deployments.
- Champion continuous improvement and automation across the infrastructure stack.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and keep operational LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi networks, including Fortinet firewalls and SD‑WAN solutions.
- Manage Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu) environments: configuration, patching, scripting, and automation with Ansible.
- Maintain cloud platforms (AWS, VMware) and ensure service availability.
- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and capacity; conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Document procedures, standard operating practices, and technical guides (DAT, DEX).
- Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure projects; write technical specifications and test plans.
- Automate repetitive tasks, propose performance enhancements, and present improvement options.
- Support RUN activities while maintaining SLA commitments.
**Required Skills**
- Networking: LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi design, Fortinet firewalls, SD‑WAN, routing, switching.
- Linux system administration (RedHat, Ubuntu).
- Automation: Ansible, Bash, Python.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, VMware.
- Project management and RUN operations.
- ITIL fundamentals, Agile methodology.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, propose solutions, and work collaboratively.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
- Valid certifications preferred: Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, RHCSA/RHCE.
