**Job Title** Ecommerce Manager **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end management of multiple regional Shopify stores, drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, and develop retention marketing programs to increase revenue, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV) while ensuring a superior online shopping experience. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable improvements in conversion rates, checkout flow efficiency, and site performance. - Own the full lifecycle of CRO projects, from hypothesis to testing to implementation. - Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all store content, product data, and promotions. - Optimize customer retention through automated email/SMS flows, loyalty, referral, and post‑purchase programs. **Key Responsibilities** - Own CRO strategy: design and execute A/B tests, heatmaps, and session recordings; analyze results and prioritize high‑impact optimisations. - Manage Shopify store operations: product catalog updates, app integrations, localization, and customer account experience (returns, refunds, wish lists). - Lead retention marketing: create automated email/SMS journeys, loyalty/referral programs, and collaborate with creative and paid media teams on launch and seasonal campaigns. - Coordinate website content updates: new product launches, seasonal homepage/collection changes, and SEO‑optimized product pages. - Track and report key e‑commerce KPIs (conversion, AOV, abandonment, repeat rate, etc.) across Google Analytics, Shopify, and third‑party tools; present actionable insights to leadership. **Required Skills** - 3+ years’ experience in e‑commerce, CRO, or Shopify store management. - Proficiency with Shopify platforms, apps, integrations, and third‑party tools. - Expertise in A/B testing, heatmaps, and conversion tracking tools. - Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and online customer behavior. - Knowledge of SEO, site speed optimisation, and international e‑commerce operations. - Advanced analytical mindset; translate data into actionable decisions. - Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to coordinate designers, developers, and external partners. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and organised with the capacity to work independently. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Certifications in analytics, CRO, or e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Expert) are a plus.
