VP Marketing (London)
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution for a fast‑growing digital insurance platform. Own the full funnel: acquisition, retention, brand, content, and performance campaigns across core channels and regional markets (SEA). Deliver measurable impact (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions) while building a high‑performance, cross‑functional marketing team.
**Expectations**
- Own and evolve the marketing roadmap for London and SEA.
- Manage marketing budget, resource allocation, and ROI.
- Drive high‑growth campaigns that influence millions of users.
- Actively take ownership, make data‑driven decisions, and lead with agility.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, launch, and optimize performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, etc.
- Build and oversee the content marketing engine (blogs, videos, landing pages, messaging).
- Shape brand voice, positioning, and creative production with internal and external partners.
- Analyze data, market trends, and KPIs to refine strategy and provide insights.
- Collaborate with product, design, sales, and data teams for aligned GTM efforts.
- Own the marketing calendar, budget, and resource allocation.
- Support new product/feature launches and regional scaling initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- 4–7 years in marketing with proven performance marketing results.
- Expertise in paid media (Facebook, Google, TikTok), SEO, content marketing, CRM.
- Strong data literacy – interpret GA, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Hotjar.
- Creative production leadership (video, static, copy).
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and vendors.
- Excellent communication, project management, stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to drive structure in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
- Leadership and team‑coordination across cross‑functional groups.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Preferred but not mandatory: certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot Marketing, or similar platforms.
