Job Description: **Job title** DevSecOps Engineer (F/M) **Role Summary** Integrate security throughout the DevOps lifecycle—from code development, through CI/CD pipelines, to production monitoring—ensuring secure coding, automated vulnerability detection, and resilient infrastructure on cloud and container platforms. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end secure DevOps solutions for enterprise customers. - Instill a culture of security best‑practice adoption across engineering teams. - Communicate securely‑focused findings and recommendations to stakeholders in English. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement security controls in GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps pipelines. - Conduct risk analysis using SAST, DAST, and SCA tools; remediate identified vulnerabilities. - Assess and harden Docker images with Trivy or Clair; secure Kubernetes clusters (RBAC, network policies, pod security standards). - Configure monitoring (ELK stack, Prometheus, Datadog) to detect and mitigate anomalous behaviors. - Mentor teams on CNAPP solutions (Sysdig, Prisma Cloud, Aqua Security) and DevSecOps practices. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and documentation of security processes. **Required Skills** - Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and security integration. - Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). - Familiarity with container security tools (Trivy, Clair) and Kubernetes hardening. - Proficiency in monitoring & logging solutions (ELK, Prometheus, Datadog). - Ability to analyze and triage vulnerabilities using SAST/DAST/SCA platforms. - English fluency for meetings and technical documentation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Cybersecurity. - Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps and/or security roles (flexible for high potential candidates). - Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) – a plus. - Proven experience working with large enterprise clients.
