Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager
Role Summary: Design, execute, and lead sales enablement initiatives that equip high‑velocity SaaS sales teams with content, training, and coaching to drive performance and achieve revenue goals.
Expectations: Champion the sales organization by streamlining processes, optimizing content, and aligning enablement strategy with product, marketing, and HR functions. Demonstrate measurable impact on sales skill development, certification, and overall team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy tailored to the health and wellness SaaS market.
- Create, maintain, and optimize a centralized library of sales content, leveraging modern tools and AI to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Design and deliver ongoing training programs (virtual, in‑person, role‑play, coaching) with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Manage sales certification and recognition programs, analyzing performance data to identify skill gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Build and oversee a structured coaching and mentoring framework that promotes continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Product teams to align initiatives, ensure consistent messaging, and enhance cross‑functional efficiency.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from training sessions and sales teams to refine content, curricula, and delivery methods.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the enablement team, modeling best practices and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in sales enablement, training, or a related SaaS role.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and methodologies.
- Proven success in onboarding, training, and supporting high‑velocity sales teams.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; adult learning expertise.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and adaptable mindset for fast‑paced environments.
- Collaborative team player with a track record of accountability and performance excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Sales methodology certification (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC) is an asset.
