**Job Title:** Project Manager – Application (F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Lead end-to-end management of large-scale IT and digital product projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while upholding company governance, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver multi-disciplinary IT projects with strict adherence to timelines, quality, and financial constraints.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across development teams, business units, and senior management.
- Proactively identify risks, problems, and change management opportunities; act to keep projects on track.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, execute, test, deploy, and close IT and system enhancement initiatives.
- Define project objectives, KPIs, and quality controls at each phase.
- Allocate, monitor, and optimize resource utilization and skill deployment.
- Enforce adherence to project governance, standards, and methodologies (PMI, Prince2, APM, Agile/SAFe).
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and tool adoption.
- Manage risk registers, issue logs, and change requests.
- Monitor performance against SLAs and output metrics; report progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure on‑time delivery culture and maintain rigorous KPI tracking.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 7 years of IT project management experience, preferably in digital product or SaaS environments.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Hands‑on knowledge of SDLC, Agile (SAFe, Scrum), and traditional frameworks (PMI, Prince2, APM).
- Experience deploying applications in cloud and on‑premises, with integration to ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure, data architecture, and Master Data Management governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and problem‑solving abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related scientific discipline.
- PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, Prince2, or equivalent project‑management certification preferred.
