**Job title**
Full Stack Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, test and ship end‑to‑end software features for high‑growth startups. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to solve customer pain points, contribute to early architecture decisions, and own the product lifecycle from concept to support. Operate in a fast‑moving, high‑ownership engineering culture.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality, production‑ready code in a rapid development environment.
- Own features end‑to‑end: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post‑launch support.
- Maintain code quality, performance, and scalability while balancing speed of delivery.
- Act as a technical thought leader with deep expertise in a chosen domain (frontend, backend, architecture, performance, infra, or product design).
- Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and ship features using modern web technologies (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go).
- Design and implement scalable services, APIs (GraphQL, REST), and data storage solutions (Postgres, Redis).
- Participate in early architecture discussions and make trade‑off decisions.
- Write maintainable, well‑tested code and conduct code reviews.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS or GCP, integrating CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into functional software.
- Monitor and tune performance, reliability, and security of production systems.
**Required Skills**
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend stack (React, TypeScript, Next.js).
- Solid backend development experience (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Experience with Postgres, Redis, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and modern deployment workflows (CI/CD).
- Ability to work independently in a high‑velocity, product‑centric team.
- Commitment to code quality, security, and maintainability.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- No mandatory certifications required, though familiarity with cloud or DevOps certifications (AWS Certified Developer, Google Associate Cloud Engineer) is a plus.
